Generally our Acrylic Complete or Partial Dentures can be completed within a week and a half; we will need to see you for four (4) appointments within that time frame. Our Chrome Partial Dentures have a current waiting time of 3 – 4 weeks after your consultation appointment.

Apointment Information

1. Consultation

Assessment / Impression.
Our Prosthetist Thomas, will assess your current dentition and provide you with his best professional opinion and quote you accordingly. Although the impressions themselves are very quick, please allow up to 30 minutes to ensure all questions are answered and you can confidently make a decision.

We require a small deposit at this appointment.

2. Bite

Wax rims are placed in the mouth to establish a proper bite and orientation of the teeth. We also assist in choosing the shape, size and shade of teeth to be used in the denture. Please allow 20 minutes for this appointment.

3. Try-In

We offer an appointment on just the looks alone where you are able to see what the denture will look like in the mouth; any changes to the appearance can be made at this appointment, as the denture is a wax replica. Please keep in mind it’s not about how it feels, as it is only wax. We will only proceed to the next stage when you are happy with the appearance including, size, shape and colour of the teeth. Please allow 30-45 minutes for this appointment

4. Finish

Your denture is complete and you now get to wear your new smile. Please allow up to an hour for this appointment, to ensure all adjustments can be made for the best comfort and fit of your denture.

Full payment is required at this appointment.

5. Adjustment

After wearing your new denture/s for a week, an appointment is scheduled to make any required adjustments. At this appointment Thomas will assess any discomfort and make adjustments accordingly.
